This Women's History Month, Grow Cedar Valley is proud to honor the remarkable women entrepreneurs and leaders who enrich our community. Reflecting our commitment to fostering diversity and supporting the growth of diverse business ownership, we're excited to spotlight dynamic women-led businesses in the Cedar Valley. As part of our dedication to growing gender equity, these businesses will be offered a sponsored year-long membership to Grow Cedar Valley, empowering them with resources and opportunities to thrive.
Our sponsorship program is designed to uplift Minority-owned, Women-owned, LGBTQ+-owned, Veteran-owned businesses, and nonprofits, recognizing the vital role they play in our local economy. To qualify, businesses must be located in the Cedar Valley, have fewer than 10 employees, and be at least 51% owned by individuals from one or more of the following categories: Minority-owned, Women-owned, LGBTQ+-owned, or Veteran-owned. This opportunity extends to nonprofits meeting similar criteria.
By bridging connections between these women-owned businesses and our Innovator-level investors, we aim to foster mentorship, collaboration, and business growth. This initiative is more than just a celebration; it's a commitment to support and amplify the success of women in business throughout our community.
