Waterloo Ranked Top City in U.S. for Economic

As we head into 2020 we can't think of a better way to start than with news like this! Throughout 2019 it has been amazing to see the growth and economic development that has taken place in the Cedar Valley Region an in Waterloo. There are big goals and plans for the city of Waterloo in 2020 and we are looking forward to watching them grow! 

In a recent article published by LendEDU Waterloo has been recognized as one of the best positioned cities for economic advancement in 2020. The study analyzed nearly 400 U.S. cities on a variety of socioeconomic factors deemed important for economic success in the new decade, Waterloo ranked #134 specifically. Other cities in Iowa to make the list includes Des Moines (#82), Iowa City (#176), Cedar Rapids (#184), Dubuque (#195), Ames (#233), Sioux City (#287), and Davenport (#342).
