Since the anniversary of the Cedar Valley talent attraction movement launched in its current platform, it has reached over 1.14 million people and engaged with over 65,000 people - sharing the message of what makes the Cedar Valley a great place to live and work.

Live the Valley

On Facebook and Instagram, stories, pictures, and videos of the community, people who live here, and worthy news celebrations were shared to the masses, leading to the generation of hundreds of talent leads for businesses.

Live the Valley has also been used to expand the recruiting abilities of businesses, offering tools like the Cost of Living Calculator. See what Erik Skovgard, CEO of Lincoln Savings Bank shared about their effectiveness in recruiting with Live the Valley.

“The first thing candidates ask about with relocation is what it is actually like to live in the Cedar Valley. The ability to show and sell them on the community is a challenge when they are coming from big cities or the coasts.  Life in Iowa is great but much different.   Grow Cedar Valley has helped us tell the story.  Their information and tools have helped us land top candidates.  Thank you Grow Cedar Valley.”
