Creating an Investor Log In

  • Enter First Name, Last Name, & Email
  • Submit
  • An activation email will be sent to complete account setup

Toggling Between Organizations

  • The drop-down will list all the businesses in which you are listed as a representative

Updating Your Personal Information

Add/Edit a Representative

**Only the primary contact can add/remove a rep for the organization – if you need to find the primary contact for your business, please see the business directory**

  • Once a representative is listed you can send them a login email for them to create their own portal. They can then go in and update all their information, add a profile picture, and register for events.
  • To Edit/Remove a Rep- Click on the pencil icon

Updating Organization Branch/Location(s) Information

  • Investor Login
  • Navigation bar – My Info
  • Related Branches
  • Edit location information
  • View Contacts – allows you to view, add/remove and edit any representatives listed for that location.

Setting Up Auto Pay

  • Investor Login
  • Navigation bar – My Billing Info
  • Go to Autopay & Billing (middle tab)
  • Add a Payment Profile which can be a credit card or bank account (by selecting on the “+” sign)
  • Set up Auto Pay by selecting on “Manage Autopay”

Updating your Directory Listing (Info Hub & Public Website)

  • Investor Login
  • Navigation bar – My Directory Listing
  • Edit information in as much detail as possible and if applicable logo/photo/video
  • View listing – allows you to preview the organization information in the directory on the Info Hub Directory (Investor’s Only) and the Public Website

Adding an Event

  • Input event details: event name, details, contact, organization, date/time, categories, images
  • Done
  • Once submitted, the event will have to be approved. As soon as approved, it will show on the website and community calendar.

Managing an Event

**Only the person who submitted the event has the ability to manage**

  • Investor Login
  • Navigation bar – Events
  • Search for the desired event
  • Click into the event
  • Edit

Filter to see GCV Events or specific categories

  • Investor Login
  • Navigation bar – Events
  • Customize Results
  • Category – Grow Cedar Valley Event (or choose filters of your choice)
  • Done

Registering for Events

  • Investor Login
  • Navigation bar – Events
  • Search for desired event
  • Register Now
  • Your Contact Information – should be whoever is logged in doing the registration
  • Continue
  • Select Registration Options – choose quantities as you choose
  • Continue
  • Registration Information – is where you will input who is going to attend the event (First, Last, Email, Company & Title and any dietary Restrictions). If you are not sure who is going to attend. You can leave at Reserved Attendee or choose I don’t know and come back to edit when you know who is going to attend.
  • Continue
  • Complete Registration – Choose your billing contact
  • Two payment options (If your business is requiring an invoice, please reach out to info@growcedarvalley.com)
    • a.) Pay – means pay now. Enter your credit card information
    • b.) Click Pay Now
  • Or
    • c.) Pay by Invoice – Invoice will be emailing to the selected billing contact for a check to be cut
    • d.) Submit
  • You will then be directed to a confirmation page, and you should also receive a confirmation email.

Editing a registration

**Only the person who submitted the registration has the ability to manage**

  • Investor Login
  • Navigation bar – Events
  • Search for the event you are registered for
  • Click into the event
  • Update Registration (if you are updating a sponsorship or exhibitor Registration choose the one that best fits the registration you choose) You also have the option to cancel that registration or register more if you’d like to add additional attendees.

Adding a Job Posting

  • Input job details and any images
  • Submit – Once submitted, the job posting will have to be approved. As soon as approved, it will show on the job board.

Managing a Job Posting

  • Investor Login
  • Navigation Bar – Jobs
  • Filter to My Approved
  • Edit- Pencil Button
  • Input job details and any images
