Leadercast Women is coming to the Cedar Valley! This one-day simulcast where men and women alike will be emboldened to take courage in your life, whether it be in the workp
lace or at home. You’ll hear leadership wisdom from an all-female cast of speakers, who will share actionable insights you can take with you back to your workplace. Nine female leaders will share their inspirational stories of courage while teaching steps to enable change in our own lives, including a special live keynote address from Georgia Van Gundy (pictured Right). Georgia service as the Senior Vice President of Administration and Industry/Government Relations for Hy-Vee. The Cedar Valley is currently the ONLY location is the state of Iowa to offer this leadership opportunity!

A logistics commander in the U.S. Army Reserve. In 2016, Deshauna became the first Miss USA to currently serve in the U.S.military. She spent her year-long reign partnering with the USO, Smile Train, Best Buddies, Operation Homefront and other organizations. She is passionate about advocating for survivors of child sexual abuse and for soldiers suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder.
