About Us
What once served as the heart and beginning of John Deere’s Waterloo Tractor Works in the early 1920s is now home to TechWorks Campus.
Located in Waterloo, Iowa, TechWorks Campus consists of a 40-acre campus containing 15 acres of development sites and over 300,000 square feet of space in two existing buildings undergoing renovation. TechWorks offers an ideal location for dining, entertainment, the Cedar Valley's recreation trails, and more in Downtown Waterloo.
