Become a GCV Ambassador
The Grow Cedar Valley Ambassadors are a select group of 50 business leaders and professionals who volunteer their time to support and represent Grow Cedar Valley in the community. They play a key role in celebrating milestones, enhancing member relations, and promoting economic development throughout the Cedar Valley.
Why Become an Ambassador
- Networking Opportunities: Ambassadors represent a wide range of industries and organizations, providing valuable connections with local business leaders, professionals, and community influencers.
- Increased Visibility: Ambassadors gain greater visibility within the community by attending and participating in events, ribbon cuttings, and grand openings, representing both their business and GCV.
- Community Impact: Ambassadors can actively contribute to the growth and success of the Cedar Valley by promoting economic development initiatives and celebrating business milestones.
- Exclusive Access: Ambassadors often get early or special access to GCV events.
- Brand Alignment: By aligning with GCV, ambassadors can showcase their organization’s commitment to supporting local business and community development, enhancing their own brand reputation.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Applicants must be employed by a Grow Cedar Valley investor organization.
- Applicants must have been part of an investor organization for at least one year.
- At the time of election, only one Ambassador may represent a single business, organization, or immediate family (spouse/child). For a current Ambassador roster, click here.
- A completed application, resume, brief bio, and three references must be submitted for consideration.
- Must be willing to purchase Ambassador jacket. (Approximate cost: $200)
